So, how do we feel great and enjoy the process at the same time? That answer is different for everyone. There are many paths to feeling great, to experiencing wellness. It all depends on YOU! 

Below is a great place to start, with the idea being a simple yet effective Daily Plan of healing foods, supplements and exercise.

CELERY JUICE first thing in the morning upon waking, 15 minutes before eating or drinking. I am loving all that I am learning from Anthony William. He is “The Celery Juice” or “The Esptein Barr Virus” guy. He wrote a whole book on it! Entitled Celery Juice, his confidence in this healing modality is seen in his subtitle, The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time, Healing Millions Worldwide. I am seeing great results in digestion, elimination, energy and improvement of illnesses with implementing his idea of 16 oz. or more of celery juice/day. As you juice in the morning, listen to his informative podcasts on the Podcasts or Sound Cloud app. 

EXERCISE, but starting out, make sure to do whatever relaxes you and brings you the most joy for your first hour of the day. 

SMOOTHIES after your workout is a great way to start out your day with healing foods that are basically pre-digested. I hear many naysayers about smoothies … but I see this as a great way to ingest a large amount of nutrients, quickly available for absorption. You can even incorporate various supplements into your smoothie. We have excellent feedback about our smoothies that we sell at Nature’s Remedy with vegan, non-GMO pea protein powders and organic non-dairy milks with frozen fruits and vegetables. For example: My daily breakfast is a smoothie with water or almond, oat, flax or coconut milk, frozen fruit, a handful of fresh spinach, 1 scoop of Love and Peas protein powder and one scoop of Collagen Peptides. 

Anthony William has my favorite smoothie recipe that compliments the morning celery juice. This is called the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. Everyone has heavy metals to some degree in their bodies. This is a great smoothie for anyone with a history of Epstein Barr Virus, Herpes, CMV, Chicken Pox, Shingles or Strep: 2 bananas, 2 cups wild blueberries, 1 cup cilantro, 1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder, 4 capsules opened of Hawaiian Spirulina, 1 teaspoon Atlantic Dulse, 1 orange and 1 cup water. LUNCH is best as a salad or soup. But add to your lunch a Ginger Limeade drink (from Life-Changing Foods by Anthony William) for energy and elimination of caffeine energy drinks. ¼ cup honey, 4 cups water, 1 tablespoon ginger juice, 1 cup lime juice and ¼ cup fresh mint leaves. Great for digestion and energy. Also add to your lunch any superfoods such as Maca, Spirulina, Goji Berries and more. (Superfoods by David Wolfe)

THROUGHOUT the DAY a lot of water with fruits, herbs or Chlorophyll liquid. 

DINNER is clean and lean with a lot of vegetables. Add CleanStart fiber and herbs in capsule form for a great small and large intestine cleanse. 

BEFORE BED ½ to 1 whole mango with Chamomile tea and 2 capsules of Passionflower for a great night’s sleep. “When you eat mango before bed, phytochemicals from the fruit, along with amino acids such as glycine, glutamine and cysteine combined with fructose and glucose, travel to the brain and quickly restore depleted neurotransmitters.
